Each redesign should consider a few basic questions during its onset:
1. Why are we redesigning? What is our motivation in this project?
2. Who is our audience? Knowing who we are giving information to will assure that we develop the correct site for that audience.
3. How do we present our information? How much information do we actually show to our audience?
4. What defines the success of this project? Beyond implementation of the new site, what behaviors in our audience do we hope to influence?
